Responsibilities. . Build and nurture . trusted advisor relationships. with your clients, owning your book of business like a CEO.. . Drive . profitability and growth. within your portfolio by identifying expansion opportunities and ensuring client retention.. . Lead the . onboarding experience. for new accounts, setting the standard for a strong partnership.. . Partner with clients on their technology and team-scaling goals, positioning Workana as a key enabler of innovation.. . Collaborate cross-functionally to . advocate for your clients. , remove roadblocks, and ensure alignment.. . Proven success managing a . book of business with quota responsibility. in a fast-moving environment.. . Experience driving core KPIs such as incremental revenue, renewals, churn reduction, and client satisfaction.. . 5+ years in client-facing roles, including at least 2 years in direct account management or quota-carrying positions.. .
