As a Strategic Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring they maximize the value of cloud-based platforms and solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to drive adoption, identify new revenue opportunities, and implement strategic initiatives. Success in this role requires analytical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders. You will contribute to shaping long-term strategies while providing hands-on support to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence. This position combines customer-facing engagement, strategic planning, and performance analysis to deliver measurable business impact.. . Accountabilities. In this role, you will:. . Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing strategic support and managing business relationships.. . Conduct regular meetings, including Strategic Business Reviews, to assess client needs and recommend solutions for growth and efficiency.. . Drive adoption of platform features and services, helping clients reduce administrative burdens and optimize operational processes.. . Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet or exceed annual revenue goals.. . Collaborate with internal teams such as Technical Account Management, Product, and Engineering to ensure timely delivery of solutions.. . Maintain accurate client records, including notes, forecasts, and account updates, in CRM tools.. . Support internal testing, project initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of account management processes.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.. . Prior experience supporting SaaS clients and working with Product Management and Engineering teams.. . Strong communication and relationship management skills, with executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders.. . Sales proficiency, including knowledge of MEDDICC or similar methodologies, and a focus on identifying client needs and delivering revenue-generating solutions.. . Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.. . Proven organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.. . Experience with collaboration and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Atlassian (Confluence & Jira), Monday.com, and Microsoft Office Suite.. .
