In this role, you will draft legal complaints using standardized templates, ensuring all details are accurate and properly formatted. You will collaborate with other team members to gather missing information, manage versions of documents, and track progress to meet critical deadlines. This position requires precision, reliability, and consistent communication to deliver quality legal documentation.. Core Responsibilities. . Draft personal injury complaints using approved templates with accuracy and efficiency. . . Enter client, defendant, and case details correctly with no critical errors. . . Review provided case information and proactively follow up on missing details before finalizing drafts. . . Organize and maintain version control of all complaint documents. . . Track drafted complaints to ensure they are submitted on schedule. . . Communicate clearly with team members to prevent delays or rework. . . Safeguard all confidential information and comply with internal data security standards. . . Consistently meet daily and weekly output expectations with reliability. .  . Must-Haves for the Role. . At least 1 year of experience drafting legal complaints or similar legal documents. . . Strong written English with excellent grammar, clarity, and formatting skills. . . Proven attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of client names, court details, and case information. . . Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PT without schedule conflicts. . . Reliable wired internet connection (25 Mbps+) and a backup power or internet solution. . . Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and produce error-free documents. . . Nice-to-Haves for the Role. . Experience working on personal injury case types (motor vehicle, premises liability, dog bite, etc.). . . Spanish-English bilingual communication skills. . . Prior experience working with legal teams or law-related administrative roles. . . Familiarity with case management tools such as Clio, Needles, or MyCase. . Company Location: El Salvador.
