Lead, mentor, and scale engineering teams of 30+ engineers, including Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers.. Define and drive engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals, product roadmaps, and business priorities.. Champion AI-first practices, integrating automation and AI into product architecture and engineering workflows.. Collaborate with Product, Data, and technical leadership to co-develop long-term platform vision and technical strategy.. Establish engineering processes, best practices, and frameworks to ensure high code quality, operational excellence, and velocity.. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across all levels of the engineering organization.. Identify and address scaling challenges—technical, organizational, and process-related—as the platform and teams grow.. Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve platform reliability, scalability, and security.. . 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 5 years in senior engineering leadership roles.. Proven experience leading organizations of 30+ engineers across multiple teams and domains.. Strong technical foundation in modern software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.. Demonstrated ability to scale teams, enhance processes, and align engineering efforts with business outcomes.. Experience embedding AI and machine learning into products, platforms, or engineering operations.. Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and quality assurance at scale..
