The primary responsibilities of this role include outbound telemarketing and setting appointments for our agents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor, with the ability to effectively handle objections. Prior experience in the health insurance industry is a key requirement for this position.. Responsibilities. . Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate new leads and qualify potential clients. . Set and schedule appointments for our independent health insurance agents. . Professionally handle and overcome customer objections to successfully complete calls and set appointments. . Maintain a pleasant and engaging demeanor throughout all interactions. . . Proven experience in health insurance sales or telemarketing, with a strong preference for individuals who have worked for an independent Health Insurance agency. . Excellent communication skills with complete English fluency. . A pleasant and professional demeanor. . Strong ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations. . A solid understanding of the health insurance industry and its products is highly desirable. . Must have proven experience using CRM systems. Prior experience with Top Broker is preferred. .
