Continuous learning and development. •Implementation and enforcement of IT policies and procedures. . •Support overall governance functions across Farmers' managed Cloud environments. . •Collaborate with other towers within Cloud Transformation to ensure compliance. . •Organize Disaster Recovery Tests while also creating and maintaining DR documentation. . •Working alongside internal testers, auditors and external parties in support of Audit and Compliance. . •Assist with remediation efforts for non-compliant infrastructure requirements. . •Perform other job-related duties as assigned. . •3+ years of experience within IT with preference of Infrastructure, operations, audit or compliance experience. . •General understanding of Cybersecurity Frameworks. . •Familiarity with Disaster Recovery concepts. . •Excellent project management and organizational skills. . •Data Visualization and Power App experience a plus. .
