The Chief of Staff role is dynamic and multifaceted, serving as a vital bridge between assigned executives and the rest of the organization. It enables leaders to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring initiatives are executed efficiently while operating with strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and analytical skills. Acting as a proactive and trusted support to the executives they work with, the Chief of Staff streamlines priorities, identifies opportunities for improvement, supports key projects, and fosters a culture of collaboration. Serve as a strategic thought partner, providing ideas, insights, context, and recommendations to inform decision-making.. . Scope, plan, and execute quick-turnaround projects involving cross-functional coordination.. . Design and maintain the operating rhythm for assigned executives, coordinating recurring and ad-hoc meetings.. . Track and follow up on deliverables, deadlines, and meeting action items to ensure timely completion.. . Prepare agendas, materials, and context for leadership and team meetings to maximize outcomes.. . Coordinate executive participation in key organizational events and ensure readiness.. . Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.. . Attend key meetings to represent executives and gather insights to enhance support.. . A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field. . 4+ years of leadership or management experience with a proven track record of influencing organizational change. . Experience supporting high-level executives, including managing commitments and ensuring priorities. . Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. . Strong operational expertise, with experience analyzing and presenting large datasets effectively. . Basic understanding of project management principles. . Proficiency in project management tools (i.e. Asana) to track tasks, deadlines, and workflows. . A demonstrated ability to design and implement processes that drive impact and efficiency. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite and comfort learning new software tools. . Unquestionable ethics, integrity, and trust. .
