Serve as a strategic technical advisor for high-value prospects and customers across the West Region, helping them understand and adopt the platform’s analytics, experimentation, and audience targeting solutions.. . Lead technical discovery conversations, identify pain points, and design custom solutions tied to clear business outcomes.. . Build and present compelling demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept that articulate technical and business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.. . Collaborate daily with account executives, customer success managers, product managers, and engineers to deliver a seamless sales and onboarding experience.. . Guide customers through trial and onboarding periods, ensuring meaningful engagement with the platform and long-term success.. . Capture and communicate product feedback and feature requests from the field to influence the product roadmap.. . Act as an internal mentor and product expert, contributing to onboarding, training, and continuous improvement within the broader Solutions Engineering team.. . Travel occasionally (as needed) to client locations for demos, workshops, or strategic presentations.. . . 7+ years of experience in software pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a related technical consulting role.. . Strong domain expertise in areas such as digital analytics, product analytics, marketing analytics, experimentation platforms, or cloud infrastructure.. . Hands-on proficiency with data tools like SQL and BI platforms; technical curiosity and comfort explaining complex solutions to a wide range of audiences.. . Exceptional communication skills, with confidence presenting in front of C-level, technical, and business audiences.. . Proven ability to build trust with strategic customers and influence decision-making through consultative selling.. . Experience navigating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments and managing multiple high-stakes accounts simultaneously.. .
