Accountabilities:. · Execute commissioning, energy management, and facilities services for new and existing buildings on multiple projects.. · Review and interpret design documents, RFPs, codes, and project deliverables to ensure project requirements are met.. · Prepare commissioning plans, functional performance tests, specifications, checklists, and technical reports.. · Conduct design and submittal reviews, O&M manual evaluations, and training plan facilitation.. · Ensure compliance with contract documents and commissioning plans.. · Support bid and proposal preparation and coordinate with project teams to deliver objectives efficiently.. · Lead projects by fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.. . · Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).. · Minimum of 8 years of direct experience in commissioning facility systems, including lighting, HVAC, power distribution, UPS, and emergency power.. · Commissioning certification (CxA, CCP, CBCP, or equivalent) required.. · NEBB certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of start date.. · Experience with ASHRAE energy audits and energy engineering principles.. · Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites (10-20%).. · U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance; active Secret clearance preferred.. · Professional Engineer (P.E.), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and knowledge of LEED, NFPA, IEEE, UL, GSA standards are a plus.. · Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work safely on construction sites and in diverse environments.. .
