Wholesale Research & Tracking. Research boutiques aligned with brand aesthetic. Build and maintain wholesale prospect spreadsheet. Identify buyer contact information. Track outreach status and responses. Maintain clean and organized outreach tracker. 2. Weekly Planning & Accountability. Maintain master task tracker. Organize weekly priorities. Send Monday priority summary. Send Friday recap. Flag overdue items. 3. Competitive & Product Opportunity Research. Identify 10–15 relevant travel accessory brands. Track product categories beyond packing cubes. Document pricing, materials, positioning, and features. Analyze customer reviews for recurring complaints or unmet needs. Identify potential product gaps. Deliver findings in structured spreadsheet format. Provide concise monthly summary of insights. 4. General Research Support. Influencer list building. Competitor pricing checks. Market research as requested. 5. File & Document Organization. Organize Google Drive folders. Maintain clean research documentation. Update line sheet as needed. Skills Required. Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Strong written English. Comfortable working in Google Sheets and Docs. Able to structure information clearly in spreadsheets.
