We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Program Analyst to drive the success of a nationwide healthcare modernization program. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert (SME) and power user of a critical data collection web application used during large-scale site transitions. You will support site staff in real-time during complex data collection events, oversee user onboarding and access, and maintain essential documentation and knowledge resources. This role requires close collaboration with technical leads, program managers, and government stakeholders to align activities with key milestones. It offers the opportunity to directly influence the success of healthcare IT modernization across a major federal agency, while working fully remotely.. . Accountabilities. . Serve as a functional SME, guiding site staff during live scheduling and data collection sessions.. . Configure site locations, units, and schedulable resources within the application during active events.. . Manage user access, onboarding, and removal, ensuring readiness for upcoming site cutovers.. . Coordinate and track subject matter experts (SMEs) for orientation sessions and live events.. . Provide coverage for technical team schedules during data collection activities.. . Participate in internal meetings, training calls, and coordination sessions to support operational readiness.. . Maintain DAWA-related documentation, including checklists, quick reference guides, and Q&A resources.. . Review session recordings and extract lessons learned to update internal knowledge bases.. . Collaborate with program leadership to ensure alignment of DAWA activities with broader program objectives.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.. . 8+ years of experience supporting large-scale federal healthcare IT or program management projects.. . Proven ability to provide real-time user support and guidance during live operational sessions.. . Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating multi-site or cross-functional teams.. . Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and other collaborative tools.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.. . U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.. . Bonus: Experience with VA programs or healthcare IT, familiarity with DAWA or similar tools, and certifications such as PMP, PMI-PBA, or SAFe Scrum Master.. . . Company Location: United States.
