You’ll manage large media budgets, use market-leading tools like Triple Whale and Motion, and be fully responsible for hitting client growth KPIs such as CAC, NC-ROAS, eROAS, and paid spend efficiency.. You will lead strategy and delivery for 2–3 high-value D2C eCommerce clients while managing and supporting a small team. Your job is to drive growth—through smart planning, efficient spend, creative iteration, and proactive client communication.. . Lead paid media strategy across Meta and TikTok, managing campaigns with daily budgets of £2k–£5k+ per brand. . Own client relationships, including regular strategy calls, reporting, and high-level performance reviews. . Manage 2–3 team members (Paid Social Specialists or Executives), including workload prioritisation, feedback, and performance support. . Review and approve campaign builds, testing plans, and performance insights produced by your team. . Identify underperformance issues, test creative solutions, and lead recovery strategies. . Collaborate with creative, CRO, and retention partners to align full-funnel efforts. . Champion client retention by ensuring results align with CAC, ROAS, and scaling goals. . Share insights and recommendations across the wider team to improve execution and knowledge. . Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and internal process refinement as part of the senior team. . Main Skills:. . 3+ years of experience managing Meta and TikTok campaigns for D2C eCommerce brands. . Proven experience managing or mentoring junior team members in a fast-paced environment. . Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems, acquisition funnels, and campaign KPIs. . Platform fluency across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and tools such as Triple Whale, Motion, and Klaviyo. . Confident managing budgets of £50k–£100k+ per month across multiple clients. . Ability to handle both day-to-day tactical decisions and long-term growth planning. . Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to both creatives and founders. .
