Y6/4 LIL D - Marketing & Revenue Operations Analyst at Oceans. Role Summary:. We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing & Revenue Operations Analyst to support a fast-growing go-to-market team. This individual will play a critical role in enabling scalable growth by curating, analyzing, and visualizing marketing and sales data, relieving operational bottlenecks, and building out self-serve reporting infrastructure.. The ideal candidate will pair strong analytical capabilities with deep familiarity in CRM and marketing automation tools, enabling informed decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.. Key Responsibilities. Data & Analytics (90%). . Build, validate, and maintain core marketing and revenue dashboards following training. . Perform recurring reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for leadership: e.g., win/loss analysis, sales funnel metrics, QBR decks following training. . Standardize metrics definitions (e.g., win rate, sales cycle) and ensure data trust and consistency.. . Partner with RevOps and business stakeholders to generate actionable insights and trend analysis.. . Contribute to the development of a self-serve reporting environment and internal metric repositories.. . CRM & Tooling Support (10%). . Work extensively with Salesforce data and architecture to extract relevant GTM metrics.. . Support integration and data flow between platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, BigQuery).. . Collaborate with the RevOps Manager to identify pain points in current tool usage and data structures.. . Recommend improvements in workflows, data hygiene, and reporting automation.. . Cross-Functional Collaboration. . Liaise with the Business Intelligence team to align on data sources, tables, and structures.. . Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs).. . Provide ad hoc analytics support to GTM teams and assist with custom reporting needs.. . Required Skills & Experience. . Experience in a data analytics or revenue operations role.. . Fluency in SQL and experience querying large datasets (e.g., in BigQuery, Redshift, or similar).. . Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).. . Ability to transform business questions into analytical frameworks and meaningful insights.. . Good communication skills — both in surfacing insights and proactively keeping stakeholders informed.. . Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple reporting streams concurrently.. . Nice to Have. . Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems. . Solid understanding of marketing funnel metrics and sales performance reporting. . Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot (especially for campaign analytics).. . Familiarity with other GTM tools (e.g., Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Cognism).. . Background working with early-stage or high-growth SaaS companies.. . Experience standardizing and automating decks for business reviews (e.g., QBR templates).. .
