We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer III to design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise and cloud-based networks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will ensure network performance, reliability, and security while mentoring junior engineers and driving network automation and optimization initiatives. You will be responsible for supporting large-scale data center, SD-WAN, and cloud environments, troubleshooting critical incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality network solutions. Accountabilities:. ·         Lead the design, deployment, and management of enterprise networks including data center, cloud, and wide-area networks.. ·         Architect highly available, scalable, and secure network environments with redundancy and failover capabilities.. ·         Implement and manage network security measures such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and SSE (e.g., Zscaler).. ·         Design and maintain SD-WAN solutions, including Meraki cloud-based architecture for centralized control and monitoring.. ·         Monitor and optimize network performance, analyze metrics, and recommend improvements.. ·         Configure and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.. ·         Implement network automation and orchestration to streamline operations and improve efficiency.. ·         Provide expert-level troubleshooting, resolve critical incidents, and perform root cause analysis.. ·         Maintain documentation, define corporate standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as ISO, PCI, and FTC Safeguard.. ·         Mentor junior engineers, provide training, and participate in on-call rotations.. ·         Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; industry certifications such as CCNP or CCIE preferred.. ·         8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing large-scale enterprise networks.. ·         Expert-level knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, OSPF, BGP).. ·         Proficiency with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, Firepower ASA, ISE, IOS, Meraki (SD-WAN/WiFi), F5 load balancing, and Palo Alto firewalls.. ·         Strong experience with cloud networking, data center networking, and SD-WAN deployment.. ·         Ability to analyze packet captures and traces to troubleshoot complex network issues.. ·         Familiarity with network addressing, DHCP, IPAM, BOOTP, MAC filtering, and encryption protocols.. ·         Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.. ·         Knowledge of change management processes, KPIs, and documentation best practices..
