As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a creative and commercially minded Campaign & Content Manager to join our growth marketing team. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising compelling campaigns and content activations. You will play a key part in engaging our student audience, driving brand awareness, and growing revenue. . Responsibilities include:. . Lead and support integrated marketing campaigns across channels (email, social, app, web, partnerships), collaborating cross-functionally from planning to execution to deliver engaging, student-focused experiences and meet client objectives.. . Manage and create student-focused content including ownership of the App content calendar ensuring brand alignment, SEO best practices, and timely execution of current initiatives while identifying new content opportunities.. . Leverage data and insights to analyse student behaviour, evaluate campaign and content performance, and stay informed on digital marketing trends and competitor activity in the UK & US markets.. . Work cross-functionally with merchandising, sales, product, design, and marketing teams to achieve shared objectives.. . Provide regular reports on campaign performance, content engagement, and key metrics to stakeholders.. . A little bit about you.. We’d really like to hear from you, if you have:. . 3+ years in a marketing role, with a focus on campaign management and content creation, ideally in B2C or youth-oriented brands.. . Deep understanding of the UK student demographic and digital landscape.. . Strong storytelling and writing ability across platforms; skilled in email marketing, SEO, social media, and CMS tools.. . Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to optimise campaigns and drive business results.. .
