Lead and coach the Premium Audit team by managing day-to-day operations, supporting problem resolution, and driving performance.. . Ensure high-quality service and compliance with internal standards and audit regulations.. . Conduct regular one-on-ones, calibration sessions, and performance reviews to build team member skills.. . Serve as a key liaison between Premium Audit and other departments to support cross-functional projects and improve workflows.. . Address customer escalations, review KPI reports, and provide timely feedback to improve team processes and outcomes.. . Develop and maintain training materials and SOPs to strengthen onboarding and continuous learning.. . Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centric innovation.. . . Minimum of 3 years’ experience in premium audit and 4 years in commercial insurance.. . At least 1 year in a formal or informal leadership role with proven team management skills.. . Strong understanding of state/bureau premium audit regulations and experience communicating them clearly.. . Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organization skills.. . Detail-oriented, with the ability to produce high-quality work and spot inconsistencies in others’ work.. .
