The Project Manager role is a pivotal multi-functional client-facing role covering a variety of analytical and implementation tasks within the client services and solutions department.. Main Responsibilities. . Main point of contact between NHS Trust team and Stalis team . . Understand and articulate the technical solution to deliver complex NHS data management projects using the Stalis tools . . Development of implementation plans in conjunction with client workstreams to deliver successful projects . . Managing all aspects of the Stalis delivery in data management projects, ensuring agreed timescales with clients are met and building strong relationships with all clients . . Identifying and triaging complex data issues and identifying solutions in agreement with clients . . Creation and delivery of training and workshops to Stalis clients and/or partners . . Provide support to other project team members as required . . Keeping Stalis customers up to date on progress of delivery of services . . Ensure that all defined quality procedures are followed throughout the life-cycle of the project . . . Qualifications & Experience. . At least 3 years’ experience of back-end healthcare systems, covering at least one of the systems below: . . . LIMS systems . . Cerner Millennium . . Epic . . Silverlink PCS . . DXC Clinicom . . System C Medway . . . . . At least 1 year’s experience of advanced SQL including T-SQL . . Fully conversant in the NHS Data Model within the NHS . . Experience in a customer-facing/consultancy role . . Experience of NHS EPR data management projects . . Strong MS Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint . . Excellent standard of written and spoken English . . Driving licence and car . . . Resource Accountability. . Reports to Professional Services Director . .
