Accountabilities:. ·         Own and optimize core business systems, monitoring usage, performance, and adoption to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.. ·         Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and objectives; translate requirements into technical solutions.. ·         Develop system roadmaps and recommend enhancements to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.. ·         Conduct design sessions, build prototypes, and validate solutions with business partners before development.. ·         Collaborate with technical teams to prioritize initiatives, ensure smooth implementation, and drive adoption of new features.. ·         Ensure systems meet compliance, security, and data privacy standards.. ·         Maintain awareness of emerging trends, technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation.. ·         5+ years of experience as a business systems product owner or equivalent role.. ·         Strong understanding of enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, ETL, ITSM, or HRSD.. ·         Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.. ·         Analytical mindset, able to uncover patterns, root causes, and actionable insights from complex data.. ·         Proactive, forward-thinking, and self-driven with the ability to operate independently.. ·         Comfortable navigating ambiguity and resolving complex, cross-functional challenges.. ·         Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.. ·         Bonus: experience writing queries using SQL or SOQL..
