Oversee the entire lifecycle of technical tickets, from intake through resolution, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.. . Translate partner-facing issues into clear, actionable engineering tasks.. . Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and client-facing teams, preserving context, urgency, and business objectives.. . Facilitate cross-team prioritization discussions, aligning work with organizational goals.. . Maintain ticket hygiene by ensuring correct tagging, grooming, and assignment in tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Linear.. . Deliver regular reports on ticket status, blockers, and timelines.. . Continuously document and improve internal processes for transparency and operational efficiency.. . . 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a SaaS environment.. . Background in engineering, technical support, or related technical roles.. . Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and systems integration.. .
