We’re hiring a People Operations Associate who will be the backbone of our talent engagement and HR coordination efforts. This is a hybrid role that blends cold calling, HR recruitment, and operations. The ideal candidate is someone who is both people-oriented and process-driven — a confident communicator who thrives on structure and execution. Key Responsibilities. Candidate & Client Engagement. . Make a high volume of daily cold calls to engage potential candidates and collect key information.. . Conduct initial screening conversations to understand skillsets, availability, and preferences.. . Clearly communicate job opportunities to relevant candidates and encourage participation.. . Occasionally interact with clients or internal teams to align on hiring needs and candidate status.. . . HR Operations & Coordination. . Manage and update internal tools, spreadsheets, and CRMs with candidate and pipeline data.. . Track outreach, follow-ups, and interview progress for different job roles.. . Support interview scheduling, feedback collection, and basic documentation for onboarding.. . Flag bottlenecks in the process and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.. . . What We’re Looking For. . 1–2 years of experience in operations, recruitment coordination, or BDA roles.. . Strong communication skills — especially on the phone.. . Comfortable making outbound calls and handling structured candidate conversations.. . Highly organized with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and tracking progress.. . Familiarity with spreadsheets, CRMs, or recruitment tools is a strong plus.. . A proactive, execution-first mindset — you take ownership and get things done.. . Company Location: India.
