Partnership Activation Manager at FIT - Functional Inspired Training. We’re looking for a Partnership Activation Manager to bring our brand collaborations to life. This role will play a key part in executing marketing elements of partnerships, ensuring seamless integration across social media, brand development, special offers, event activations, and studio operations. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager, excellent communicator, and proactive problem solver with 3-5 years of experience in partnership marketing, event activation, or brand collaborations.. You’ll work with a dynamic team, gain exposure to top-tier partnerships, and contribute to the success of innovative marketing campaigns.. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. Partnership Execution & Activation. . Support the rollout of marketing elements for brand partnerships across digital, in-person, and studio-level activations.. . Develop and execute activation plans that align with overall business and marketing strategies.. . Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Sales, Athletics) and a support contact for external partners.. . Operations & Process Management. . Follow a strict process and communication schedule to ensure consistency and accountability.. . Manage internal teams responsible for resources, communication, and execution of partnership activations.. . Ensure all activations align with operational requirements and franchisee capabilities.. . Work cross-functionally to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve partner experiences.. . Event & Promotional Activation. . Plan and execute events, product integrations, and special offers related to partnerships.. . Coordinate logistics, materials, and vendor relationships to ensure successful activations.. . Work with operations and support to help franchisees and studio owners activate partnerships at a local level.. . Social Media & Brand Integration. . Collaborate with the social media team to develop content and campaigns that highlight partnerships.. . Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all marketing and partnership channels.. . Performance Measurement & Optimization. . Help define KPIs and track activation performance, providing insights and recommendations.. . Prepare post-campaign reports to assess ROI and identify opportunities for improvement.. . Franchise & Partner Support. . Provide franchisees and local teams with the tools, resources, and guidance to execute partnership activations effectively.. . Act as a bridge between corporate marketing and franchise operations.. . . 3-7 years of experience in partnership marketing, brand activation, experiential marketing, or event management.. . Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple activations at once.. . Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.. . Self-starter who can work autonomously while being a team player.. . Ability to follow processes while thinking creatively about partnership growth opportunities.. . Experience with budgeting, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.. . Familiarity with franchise operations or fitness/wellness industries is a plus.. .
