As a Sales and Executive Assistant at Nacre, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic and rapidly growing company, focusing on conducting sales activities and everyday administrative tasks.. Responsibilities:. . Conduct relegated sales tasks in various portfolio companies from industries, such as digital health, medical devices, agritech, aquaculture, and more.. . Work independently with minimal direction to conduct sales and executive assistance tasks for the portfolio.. . Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team of serial entrepreneurs, seasoned executives, and expert investors to refine business strategies and drive successful outcomes.. . Prioritize tasks effectively and meet changing deadlines to ensure the timely completion of high-quality deliverables.. . Contribute to the enhancement of Nacre's CRM and database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.. . Serve as a point of contact between executives and external clients, facilitating smooth communication and relationship management. . . . Proficient in English. , both written and verbal communication. (MUST). .. . Ability to work at US ET timezone. (Experience with work during US ET is an advantage).. . Proven experience in conducting sales activities and generating impactful in a startup ecosystem is a . MUST. . . Strong business acumen and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.. . Excellent organizational, writing, and reporting skills.. .
