Lead and manage a team of Clinical Educators to achieve excellence in field execution and patient/HCP education delivery.. . Coach, train, and assess individual and team performance, identifying development opportunities aligned with client and business goals.. . Develop strategic regional plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently across the territory.. . Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales leadership, client brand teams, and Momentum account teams.. . Monitor key performance indicators, program effectiveness, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.. . Serve as a liaison and advocate for the value of clinical education programs to clients and cross-functional teams.. . . Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.. . Active license or credentials as RN, NP, PA, or PharmD.. . Minimum 5 years of healthcare/pharmaceutical field management experience and at least 7 years of neurology or rare disease expertise.. . Proven experience managing nurse educators and delivering clinical programs in a highly regulated environment.. . Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and analytical skills.. . Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, align teams with strategic objectives, and maintain compliance.. .
