Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms including job boards and social media.. Support in conducting initial candidate interviews and assessments.. Maintain candidate and client databases and ensure accurate record-keeping using applicant tracking systems.. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with both candidates and hiring managers.. Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client needs and job specifications.. Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices through training and self-learning.. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.. 0-3 years experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus..
