Assist Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to our products and services.. . Provide detailed information, guide customers through processes, and address any concerns they may have.. . Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, striving for a high satisfaction rate.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes.. . Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience continually.. . Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist clients.. . . Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.. . Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.. .
