United States. .. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating engaging learning experiences that enhance employee development and support organizational goals. You will collaborate with leadership, subject matter experts, and training facilitators to create instructor-led, self-paced, and on-demand training modules. The position also involves building internal knowledge hubs, developing participant and facilitator guides, and delivering train-the-trainer sessions. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced environment focused on continuous learning and improvement.. Accountabilities:. Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and training goals.. Research, design, and develop curriculum for instructor-led, self-paced, and on-demand training programs.. Create facilitator and participant guides, as well as project-specific Resource Hubs.. Lead train-the-trainer sessions and collaborate with training facilitators to enhance program effectiveness.. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.. Support marketing initiatives related to learning programs.. Champion innovation, challenge the status quo, and identify new ways to enhance learning experiences.. Associate’s degree plus 1–2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.. Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and the psychology of learning.. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).. Experience with graphic design, branding guides, SharePoint, and/or Canva preferred.. Strong written and verbal communication skills.. Passion for continuous improvement and learning for self and others.. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.. Company Location: United States.
