Qualifications. :. . 2+ years of experience in a managerial or senior leadership role within Customer Support / Service / Call Center.. . Proven track record of managing multi-geo teams, ideally including Turkey, India, or English-speaking markets.. . Experience managing Team Leaders or Supervisors directly.. . Strong understanding of customer service KPIs and how to influence them.. . Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.. . Ability to work with data, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions.. . Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Turkish / Indian / RU languages is a plus .. .
