UI/UX Designer - Work From Home / Midshift at Twoconnect. The UI/UX Designer is responsible for enhancing the overall user experience across all digital platforms, with a particular focus on improving the customer journey, reducing bounce rates, and ensuring visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces. This role works collaboratively with WordPress developers, other front-end and back-end developers, and stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement effective UI/UX strategies that align with company goals.. . Conduct regular reviews of current website layouts and user journeys to identify areas for improvement.. . Analyze customer behavior and engagement data (e.g., bounce rates, session duration) to inform design decisions.. . Collaborate with WordPress developers and other technical team members to ensure the seamless implementation of design updates.. . Produce high-quality wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar design tools.. . Present and defend design decisions and recommendations based on UX best practices and data insights.. . Work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure that design strategies support SEO, content, and lead conversion objectives.. . Test and optimize design elements across various devices and browsers.. . Maintain consistency in branding and visual language across all digital assets.. . Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in UX/UI design, interaction design, and usability best practices.. . . Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.. . Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.. . Familiarity with WordPress environments and an understanding of its limitations and possibilities in design execution.. . Strong knowledge of responsive design, HTML/CSS principles, and web accessibility standards.. . Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) and apply insights to improve UX.. . Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.. . Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of design systems and consistency in UI patterns.. .
