Design and write a complete tutoring curriculum covering all topics tested on the Global History NYS Regents exam, including ancient civilizations, world religions, political revolutions, imperialism, world wars, and contemporary global issues. . Create lesson plans, study guides, practice exercises, and assessment materials aligned with NYS Social Studies Learning Standards. . Develop multiple question formats including multiple choice, constructed response, and document-based questions (DBQs) that mirror actual exam structure. . Write clear explanations of historical concepts, cause-and-effect relationships, and thematic connections across time periods and regions. . Create timeline activities, map exercises, and visual learning aids to support diverse learning styles. . Develop test-taking strategies and time management techniques specific to the Regents format. . Ensure all materials are accessible and culturally responsive to diverse student populations. . Required Qualifications:. . Bachelor's degree in History, Social Studies Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred. . New York State teaching certification in Social Studies (grades 7-12). . Minimum 3-5 years of experience teaching Global History or preparing students for NYS Regents exams. . Demonstrated knowledge of NYS Social Studies Learning Standards and Regents examination format. .
