This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about telecommunications and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in Italian, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth communication experience.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Italian.. . Provide accurate information on mobile and broadband plans, features, and promotions.. . Assist customers with account issues, service activation, and troubleshooting technical problems.. . Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for reference and follow-up.. . Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address customer needs.. . Stay updated on the latest telecommunications products and service offerings to provide relevant assistance.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. . Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications sector.. .
