We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with strong administrative skills to support our franchise operations remotely. This role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills, a genuine sense of empathy, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and will also support the team with a variety of administrative tasks.. Key Responsibilities. Customer Service. . Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and chats from potential and current customers. . Clearly explain fencing services, products, timelines, and pricing (training provided). . Schedule onsite estimates and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team. . Provide compassionate and solutions-oriented support when handling concerns or complaints. . Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. . . Administrative Support. . Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems (e.g., JobNimbus, HubSpot). . Assist in preparing and sending estimates, invoices, and project updates. . Submit utility locate tickets and follow up on permit applications. . Track project progress and keep internal teams updated. . Organize and maintain digital files and job documentation. . Generate summary reports and assist with light project coordination. . . What We’re Looking For. . Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. .
