TREASURY: Bank reconciliations and payments control.. AP: Invoices and accruals posting and review. Research and resolve payment discrepancies.. AR: Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records (send invoices to customers via post, email and B2B platform). Ensure that CRM information and ERP information matches.. Spanish Tax knowledge.. Preparation of intercompany reconciliation.. Analysis and control of balance sheet and income statements. . Month/Quarter End Close activities: reconciliations, ensure the posting of all documents generated during the month/quarter and solve General Ledger accounts discrepancies.. Minimum . 3 years . prior experience in Accounting and Administration departments.. Knowledge of accounts receivable, payable, Spanish taxes and general accounting principles.. Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles preferred.. Attention to detail and accuracy.. Organizational skills. Ability to produce accurate and timely work.. Aptitude to work in cross-functional team. Comfortable working both independently and collaborating with teams.. Ability to handle multiple tasks and interruptions.. Excellent interpersonal, listening, written and oral communication skills.. Manage multiple priorities in an organized and efficient way.. Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.. Accurate with excellent attention to detail.. Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken).. Demonstrated computer literacy (Office and Google Tools).. Excellent Excel skills required..
