Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. . At least 4 years of HR experience, ideally in digital marketing, tech, or eCommerce sectors. . Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and international employment regulations. . Experience with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday). . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. .
