We are creating a remote sales and outreach team with different roles tailored to skill and . experience levels: . 1. First Contact Specialists (Cold Calling Reps) . ● Make outbound calls to potential clients (90+ per shift) . ● Follow scripts and set appointments for closers . ● Learn high-level sales skills from day one . . 2. Customer Retention & Sales Specialists . ● Reach out to existing customers to offer upgrades, new services, and support . ● Handle inbound inquiries and turn them into repeat orders . ● Build real relationships and grow client loyalty . . 3. Performance-Based Sales Closers. ● Take over warm leads and turn them into paying clients . ● Work independently, manage your pipeline, and earn high commissions . ● This role is for experienced salespeople hungry for big commissions . . ● Location: Argentina. ● Strong spoken English and Spanish with confidence and personality. ● Comfortable on the phone — you sound natural, not robotic . ● Motivated by money and results . ● Full-time availability (Monday-Friday plus rotating Saturdays). ● Able to handle rejection and keep going . ● Organized and tech-savvy (Hubspot CRM experience is a plus) . ● At least 2 years experience in Sales, Cold Calling or Call Centers.
