Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, serving as the primary phone receptionist. Schedule patient appointments and manage calendar coordination. Perform insurance verification and eligibility checks. Conduct personal injury case follow-ups, including:. Monitoring patient balances. Ensuring payments are made. Collecting and documenting payments. Provide consistent phone coverage, including adjusting schedules to ensure calls are answered during lunch breaks. Maintain accurate patient and administrative records. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow. Creative & Office Support. Create and manage social media content for the office. Perform photo editing for marketing and internal use. Develop general content (posts, announcements, basic graphics) for office needs. Edit and produce short-form videos for social media or internal promotions. At least 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare support role preferred. Strong background in phone reception, patient scheduling, and calendar management. Knowledge of insurance verification, eligibility checks, and basic billing processes. Experience with personal injury cases, patient balance monitoring, and payment collection is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner. Ability to maintain accurate patient records and comply with HIPAA guidelines. Capable of providing consistent phone coverage, including lunch break coverage. Basic experience in social media content creation and photo editing (Canva, Photoshop, or similar). Proficient in EHR/EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
