You'll serve as the primary touchpoint for our clients, advocating for their needs and collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience.. Your Responsibilities:. . Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming introduction to our services. . Act as the main point of contact for existing clients, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback. . Monitor client progress and satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. . Facilitate regular check-ins to review client goals and outcomes, ensuring alignment with our services. . Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer success and retention. . Collaborate with sales and product teams to relay client insights and improve service offerings. . Who You Are:. . Experienced in customer success, account management, or a related field. . Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. . Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. . Proactive problem solver who thrives on helping clients achieve their goals. . Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met. . Qualifications:. . 3+ years of experience in customer success or client-facing roles, ideally in the tech or service industries. . Proven track record of successfully onboarding clients and driving customer satisfaction. . Strong ability to analyze client feedback and translate it into actionable improvements. .
