Monitor and manage daily ticket queues for merchant account changes, status updates, pricing adjustments, and other requests.. . Execute data-sensitive maintenance tasks accurately and in compliance with company protocols.. . Communicate with partners and internal teams to coordinate and resolve support tickets effectively.. . Perform timely data entry for action items, corrections, and system updates.. . Participate in departmental projects and cross-functional initiatives.. .
