Manufacturing engineers - industrial automatio professionals n, mechanical/electrical engineers this role is perfect for you! . You’ll be instrumental in sourcing exceptional talent across the US industrial automation and manufacturing sectors, helping scale a lean, high-performing recruitment team. You’ll have flexibility, responsibility, and a founder who prioritises both results and culture.. Key Responsibilities. Source, screen, and shortlist top-tier candidates in industrial automation, engineering, and manufacturing sectors across the US.. Headhunt passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.. Liaise with East Coast-based candidates, requiring flexible working hours to accommodate a 5–6 hour time difference.. Support the founder by managing candidate pipelines, updating CRM systems, and coordinating interviews.. Evaluate CVs and assess candidate suitability with a critical, quality-first mindset.. Manage communication with professionalism and maturity suited to senior-level US candidates (typical salaries of $135–$150k).. Maintain high standards of candidate experience from first contact through to placement.. Qualifications and Experience. Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience.  in technical or engineering fields (not IT but engineering tech roles) . Must have experience recruiting for US-based roles. , including a strong grasp of US time zones and candidate expectations.. Must have resourced in the automation and manufacturing engineering sectors.. Comfortable working US working hours (East Coast) . Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM/ATS tools.. Ability to professionally engage with mid-to-senior-level US candidates.. Comfortable handling high volumes of inbound applications and identifying top-tier talent..
