We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized . Project Leader / Specialist. to support ongoing legal and compliance initiatives. . You will:. . Coordinate with Local Compliance Officers and regional reviewers . . Liaise with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders . . Create and manage documentation for internal processes . . Draft internal communication emails and notes . . Prepare content and structure for presentations . . Develop templates for decks and newsletters (SharePoint or email) . . Facilitate focused group workshops . . Conduct survey analysis using Qualtrics and Power BI . . Build dashboards in Power BI / Qualtrics . . Track inputs from various stakeholders and ensure timely delivery . . Handle training registrations and support manual testing of training materials. . . A hands-on, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail . . Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) . . Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities . . Experience with MS Office, Power BI, and Qualtrics is a strong plus . . Strong organizational and coordination skills . . A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members . .
