Drive product strategy. by uncovering actionable insights from user behavior and validating changes through A/B testing. . . Define, monitor, and visualize key performance indicators. (KPIs) through dashboards for all levels of the company. . . Collaborate with cross-functional partners. in engineering, product management, design, and user research. . . Build and maintain clean, reliable data tables. to improve analytical efficiency and democratize data access for the entire team. . Who You Are. . You have . 2+ years of experience. in data science or a similar analytical role, with a proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, consumer-focused environments. . A . proactive and autonomous self-starter. , you excel at navigating ambiguity and taking full ownership of complex projects from start to finish. . An . excellent communicator. , you can effectively translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa. . Preferred Qualifications. . Previous experience as a data scientist in a . startup or e-commerce. environment.. . . Expert-level SQL proficiency. for complex data exploration and transformation.. . Hands-on experience with . Python and PySpark. for data analysis.. . Experience with our data stack, including . Databricks, Redash (or similar tools like Looker), and other BI tooling. .. . Basic understanding of data pipeline development and ETL processes.. . Knowledge of OLAP technologies, particularly Cube or similar semantic layer tools.. .
