The Procurement Operations Coordinator will collaborate closely with project managers, legal, HR, and procurement teams to ensure smooth onboarding, management, and offboarding of contractors in compliance with internal policies and local regulations. This position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to proactively resolve issues while fostering relationships with multiple stakeholders. Manage the end-to-end contractor process including requisition validation, work order creation, candidate screening, interview coordination, rate negotiations, and exit procedures.. . Build and maintain effective relationships with project managers, agencies, clients, and stakeholders to understand and deliver contractor onboarding needs.. . Act as a main escalation point for customer and supplier issue resolution.. . Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, HR, Tax, and Helpdesk to efficiently resolve contractor-related issues.. . Participate in meetings, trainings, and contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.. . Serve as a strategic business partner and subject matter expert on contractor-related matters.. . . Secondary education with school-leaving examination or higher professional education in business or management.. . Fluent in English, German, and Slovak.. . Proficient user of MS Office tools.. . Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.. . Ability to understand client requirements and work independently as well as in a team.. .
