As a Solution Engineer, your key responsibilities include:. . Develop technical solution architectures, design approaches, and technical narratives for federal proposals and initiatives.. . Author and co-author technical volumes for BAAs, CSOs, and RFP responses, ensuring compliance with IL5/IL6, FedRAMP, and RMF frameworks.. . Build and deliver proofs-of-concept (MVPs), integrating AI/ML workflows with geospatial, cyber, and mobile data pipelines.. . Establish and monitor dataset quality metrics, develop “gold standard” training datasets, and implement QA pipelines for consistency and accuracy.. . Collaborate with business development, finance, and cross-functional teams to provide basis-of-estimate (BOE) inputs for pricing, resourcing, and technical capture.. . Represent the organization in technical discussions with government customers and partners, translating mission requirements into actionable solutions.. . Ensure mission-aligned solutions support federal programs such as MDA SHIELD, DARPA SABER, and SDA TAP Lab.. . . Candidates should have:. . 7–10 years of experience in software or data engineering, including 5+ years in AI/ML pipeline design and implementation.. . Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.. . Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, model training pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.. . Expertise in cloud infrastructure, containerization, microservices, and distributed systems.. . Knowledge of ephemeris data, mobile location data workflows, and multimodal data integration.. . Proven track record in technical proposal authorship and solution architecture development.. . Experience establishing dataset QA metrics, synthetic data workflows, and model assurance techniques.. .
