Reduction Specialist. to join our growing team and support our efforts in managing medical lien reductions on behalf of our clients.. Compensation is $15-$16 per hour for an estimated 40 hours each week.. Key Responsibilities:. . Prepare Reduction Requests. . . Compile and organize all required documentation for reduction requests. . . Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all materials. . . . Negotiate Reductions. . . Engage in direct negotiations with medical providers to secure bill reductions. . . Advocate on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. . . Follow-Up and Confirmation. . . Monitor the progress of each request and follow up consistently with providers. . . Confirm receipt, signature, and processing of all negotiated reductions in accordance with company procedures. . . Documentation and Record-Keeping. . . Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of all reduction activity, including requests, provider responses, negotiation notes, and final outcomes. . . Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal documentation standards. . . Client Communication. . . Provide clients with clear, timely updates regarding the status of their reduction requests. . . Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. . . Collaboration. . . Work closely with internal departments, including legal, billing, and client services, to coordinate efforts and ensure efficient resolution of cases. . . Support cross-functional projects as needed.. . Qualifications:. . Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing, healthcare negotiations, or client services preferred. . . Previous experience in working with a Personal Injury firm is a plus.. . Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). . . Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. . . Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. . . Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems. . . Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. . . Preferred Skills:. . Knowledge of healthcare billing systems or legal procedures related to medical liens or claims. . . Experience negotiating with providers or third-party payers. . . Bilingual abilities are a plus.. .
