
Remote Technical Trainer at Stafford Gray. The Junior Technical Trainer will support the implementation and adoption of enterprise-wide systems. This position will focus on delivering process-based and technical training for employees and administrators, particularly related to Learning and Talent Management modules. Trainers will report to the Employee Engagement Division and work under the direction of senior leadership to ensure countywide readiness and knowledge transfer.. This is a junior-level, hands-on training role—not a configuration, development, or instructional design position. The role may also be tasked with supporting technical training initiatives across various enterprise platforms, collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to build targeted and effective training programs for a wide range of users and functional areas.. • Deliver live and virtual training sessions on technical and business process workflows within Oracle Fusion (e.g., learning enrollment, talent check-ins, quarterly evaluations).. • Assist with development of training documentation including quick reference guides, job aids, and how-to videos.. • Provide 1:1 or small group support to end users and administrators.. • Track training engagement and feedback using assigned metrics or surveys.. • Report on training effectiveness and participation using internal tools and Oracle system data.. • Escalate system or content issues to the Employee Engagement Division.. • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design, develop, and deliver technical training across multiple Oracle Fusion and ERP modules, tailored to departmental and user-specific needs.. • Conduct new employee or system/system update training sessions.. • Assist in building training calendars and content libraries.. • Review and test learning platform workflows prior to rollout.. • Create and distribute training evaluations to gather user feedback.. • Analyze and report training impact using Oracle dashboards or standard reporting tools.. • Provide follow-up assistance post-training (e.g., answering questions, reinforcing key steps).. • Regularly communicate updates, feedback, and training outcomes to assigned supervisor.. • Collaborate with department liaisons and functional experts. • Reinforce system use through supportive feedback, job aids, and follow-ups.. • Manage training priorities aligned with system rollout and business needs.. • Follow guidance provided by project leads or Employee Engagement.. High school diploma or GED required. • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred and or Instructional Design Certification. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a training, system support, or business operations role Experience supporting enterprise software rollouts, user training, or process education strongly preferred. • Basic troubleshooting, screen capture/documentation creation, and platform navigation. • Microsoft Office, Oracle Fusion (preferred), Zoom/Teams. • Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made Speaking - Talking to others to convey information effectively Active Engagement - Understanding and responding effectively to communications from others. • Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
