Collaborate with product owners and design teams to implement new features for registry, Shop, Cart, and Checkout experiences.. . Provide technical leadership within the Commerce team, setting high standards for architecture, code quality, and best practices.. . Identify systemic bottlenecks and implement improvements to platform architecture and development processes.. . Maintain and enhance existing systems, including test coverage, code optimization, and reducing technical debt.. . Mentor engineers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture.. . Propose new product initiatives based on technical insights and platform capabilities.. .
