Project Coordinator / Estimator at Treantly. The Project Coordinator / Estimator will be responsible for reviewing detailed construction documentation to calculate material requirements (e.g., linear feet of moulding, square footage of drywall, plywood, etc.). In addition to estimating, the role will support day-to-day coordination tasks such as scheduling, subcontractor communications, and general administrative duties related to project execution.. Key Responsibilities. . Analyze architectural plans, specifications, and detailed 70+ page documents to estimate material quantities accurately.. . Prepare cost estimates, takeoffs, and pricing sheets for custom home construction projects.. . Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members to gather quotes and align schedules.. . Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and task trackers.. . Organize and maintain estimate logs and documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy across projects.. . Support general administrative coordination to help ensure smooth execution of home building projects.. . . . Proven experience in construction estimating or project coordination, preferably in residential or custom home building.. . Strong math and analytical skills; must be comfortable calculating linear footage, square footage, and quantities from blueprints and technical documents.. . Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and takeoff software or Excel-based estimation.. . Excellent communication and organizational skills; must be able to interact professionally with subcontractors and team members.. . Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.. . Comfortable working remotely during U.S. Central Time hours.. . Preferred Skills. . Experience with estimation or construction software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Buildertrend, or similar).. . Knowledge of construction terminology, materials, and methods.. .
