The Real Estate Sales Assistant will support real estate agents, brokers, or sales teams by handling administrative tasks, managing client communication, preparing documentation, and assisting with the sales pipeline. This role requires someone who is organized, customer oriented, and capable of working in a fast paced real estate environment. You will help ensure smooth transactions, timely follow ups, and excellent client experiences.. Key Responsibilities. Assist with client communication through email, chat, and phone. Manage calendars, property showings, appointments, and follow ups. Prepare and organize sales documentation, contracts, and disclosure forms. Maintain CRM records, update client information, and track leads. Support listing preparation including photo coordination, MLS updates, and marketing materials. Research properties, neighborhoods, and comparable sales when needed. Assist with lead nurturing and outreach activities. Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and other partners. Create reports, summaries, and updates for sales teams or brokers. Qualifications & Skills:. 2 to 5+ years of experience in real estate support, sales coordination, or related roles. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Familiarity with real estate processes, MLS systems, or CRMs is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools. Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Self motivated and able to work independently while supporting sales teams. Work Arrangement & Expectations:.
