In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with their banking needs and inquiries. Your responsibilities will include answering questions about account services, transaction details, and financial products, as well as resolving customer issues efficiently. Provide excellent customer service in Italian for banking inquiries.. . Assist customers with account opening, maintenance, and transactional queries.. . Provide information on banking products and services available to customers.. . Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them promptly and professionally.. . Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.. . Work collaboratively with other banking departments to ensure seamless service delivery.. . Stay updated on banking regulations and product offerings to assist customers effectively.. . . Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.. . Experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.. . Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.. . Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks effectively.. . Familiarity with banking systems or customer support software is a plus.. .
