Strategic Operations & Infrastructure at Magnolia Home Inspections. Overview:. We are seeking a highly organized, systems-minded, and execution-focused . Director of Strategic Operations & Infrastructure. to serve as a key right-hand to the CEO across multiple growing businesses. This is a critical role designed to support the CEO by building out scalable organizational structures, operational systems, and internal processes that will enable both companies to grow efficiently and sustainably.. You will work directly with the CEO to transform vision into execution by helping operationalize business strategy, build frameworks for delegation, improve team alignment, and ensure accountability across all key functions. Organizational Development & Infrastructure. . Design and implement scalable systems, processes, and SOPs across departments (HR, finance, ops, client services, marketing, etc.). . Build internal dashboards, documentation, and performance tracking tools. . Identify and fill operational gaps in workflows, communications, and technology tools. . 2. Strategic Support to the CEO. . Serve as an operational thought partner to the CEO, helping translate strategic ideas into executional roadmaps. . Attend strategic meetings with the CEO and capture key decisions, action steps, and owner assignments. . Coordinate cross-company initiatives and serve as a project manager for key infrastructure buildouts. . 3. Talent & Team Coordination. . Help design and implement hiring plans, onboarding flows, and team training documentation. . Create internal organizational charts, accountability frameworks, and reporting structures. . Work with external vendors or contractors to augment internal capacity when needed. . 4. Business Operations & Scaling Readiness. . Build systems that prepare the businesses for team growth, increased revenue, and client volume. . Implement project management tools and cadence for reviews, feedback, and updates. . Monitor key operational metrics and support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews with leadership. .  . Qualifications:. . 5+ years experience in business operations, chief of staff, strategy, or operations management roles. . Proven experience building and scaling systems inside growing companies (startups or SMBs preferred). . Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple workstreams. . Detail-oriented, highly proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. . Excellent communicator and able to synthesize complexity into action. . Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Airtable, or similar preferred. .  . Preferred Traits:. . Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward building. .
