Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries regarding financial products and services via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.. . Provide assistance with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting issues.. . Educate clients on financial policies, procedures, and regulations.. . Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with financial advisors and back-office teams to resolve customer concerns.. .
